Cored thread is a type of sewing thread made by wrapping polyester staple fibers around the surface of a bundle of polyester filament during the spinning process and then twisting two or more strands of yarn together.

● Cored thread is used for sewing thick and hard fabrics. Smaller-sized thread can be selected for sewing fabrics that are prone to wrinkling but require better sewing stretch. Core-spun thread has a tensile strength 40% to 50% higher than that of short-fiber sewing thread of the same size. It has excellent sewing capabilities and can be used in various manual sewing machines or automatic sewing machines, reducing thread breakage and rework. ● Composition: Polyester ● Dyes for dyeing: Disperse dyes ● Coloring temperature: 130℃
